This is a Sources Sought Notice only and does not constitute a solicitation announcement. This is not a request for proposals or a quote and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation announcement for quotes/proposals. This Sources Sought Notice has been issued to survey the market and assist the United States Coast Guard (USCG) in determining possible sources for consideration. All firms responding to this Sources Sought Notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request to be considered for a contract award.

REQUEST:

Quantity of 4 High Volume, Low Speed Industrial fans 20ft blades (Airfoils) Minimum of 6 blades (Airfoils) 400-480V/3PH, 2.0hp, 750W, AFRS 1ft extension tube Beam Mount Wired Standard Control with designated ON/OFF switch which will allow for a lockout/tagout lock for servicing. 15-year mechanical warranty 15-year electrical warranty Safety cable system connected to a secondary location to prevent fall of motor housing/assembly Controller with variable speed selector Weight of new fans shall not exceed capacity of structure Disassemble and Remove Old Fans (not dispose, just removal) Airfoils Main fan unit Upper yoke Guy wires (if applicable) Safety cable Angle iron spans (if applicable) Installation of New Fans and Set-up Assemble and mount the complete fan kit to the building existing structure, including safety cables with proper clearances per manufacturer-s recommendations Connect the electrical between the previously installed junction box and the onboard fan electronics board Install the wall-mounted digital controller to the wall and run the wire connection as required.
