Hiring a company specialized in monitoring to provide subscription services for monitoring systems using security cameras on roads, squares and public places in the municipality of Cruzeiro do Iguacu/PR, with provision of all necessary equipment, in Rloan arrangement, as well as all materials, accessories and software, including installation labor, at a monthly price. The cameras will be installed on the perimeter of the municipality according to the sketch in Annex II. 3 (three) security cameras that perform license plate identification/reading/capturevehicle license (LPC) at the entrance. The cameras must identify the license plate, color and brand of the vehicle up to 120km/h, with a range of at least 30 meters. With a minimum resolution of 4MP, the image must be clear in order to identify the plate during the day and night. Cameras must have featuress light compensation, lens suitable for capturing readable images of license plates, and optical zoom. 4 (four) 360 rotating security cameras with optical zoom, patrol, high quality image that allows clear identification, resolution
