Description: The "CONTRACTING OF HONORARY LEGAL SERVICES, SOWING FOR CHILE PROGRAM", involves various tasks to be carried out that are within the scope of competence of the Regional Legal Unit: i. Review the various actsadministrative procedures within the framework of Law NO 19, 886 related to the acquisition processes of the Sowing for Chile 2024 Program.ii. Review and legally approve the employment contracts that are signed within the framework of the Sowing for Chile 2024 Program.iii. Review and legally approve the agreementse collaboration and similar within the framework of the Sowing for Chile 2024 Program.iv. Provide support in the review of other administrative and legal acts regarding acquisitions, employment contracts and agreements that arise from the execution of other initiatives regarding restoration and complementarias to the Sowing for Chile 2024 Program, executed by the Department of Conservation of Forest and Xerophytic Ecosystems.
