Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. As stated in Tender Data Sheet (TDS)2. Tenderer may need to present the vehicle to the tender evaluation committee for a trial run before awarding the contract.3. Up-to-date scan copy of the registration document, fitness certificate of the proposed vehicle and driving license of the proposed driver need to be submitted.4. The vehicle document must include the vehicle's manufacturing year (2015 or later ).5. Specification of the Microbus must be provided by the tenderer by completing the form given in PSN section-7.
Brief Description of Goods and Related Service : Hiring of 01 No Vehicle (01 no Microbus) including driver and maintenance. Fuel will be provided by procuring entity.Tenderers are requested to download and complete with authorized signature the standard tender document of physical service, namely PSN which has been uploaded by PE in Drawing Section. This PSN will form the contract agreement along with the 'Price and Delivery Schedule' to be filled-up through e-GPThe amount of the overtime allowance is fixed, TK. 80 (Eighty taka) per hour as specified by the Government. Any other rate quoted by the service provider shall be treated as non-responsive.
