1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-PENRO) Palawan, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (FY 2025 GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Seventeen Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 817, 000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for Hiring of Research Boat for Various Trips of Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park - Management Office FY 2025 with ITB No. pal-25-03-041. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-PENRO) Palawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
