Background:The Energy Development Corporation Limited (EDCL) has received grant financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Energy Access and Quality Improvement Project (EAQIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.The consulting services (“the Services”) includes to assist the contracting authority with contract award, review and approve the contractor-s design, update the ESMP, monitor the RAP implementation, supervise the construction works and liaison with the beneficiaries of the project. The contract period of 14 months from the date of signing the contract.
