PURCHASE OF HIV TEST KITS
1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Seventy One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 71, 950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. HIV and Aids Kits for preparedness, prevention and treatment Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for HIV Test Kits. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
