This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) invites Proposals from prospective Proponents for the provision of a health Content Knowledge Base Application (KB) to support HealthLink BC, a branch of the Primary Care Division of the Ministry of Health, in providing information in response to health-related questions by residents of British Columbia and Yukon.
The Ministry requires a cloud-based Software as a Service Solution.
Scope of the opportunity includes provision of the Knowledge Base Application with a customization tool, health Content, Implementation Services, Subscription Services and Consulting Services.
