Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHCL), and in particular the Facilities Management Department, is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent, to act as a constructor, as outlined in the RFP documents, for HMMS04461 - SJHC London - Sink and Millwork Replacement - Parkwood Institute - Zone E, Level 3.
The successful proponent will be responsible for the procurement and installation of new Sink and Millwork to replace the existing built in sink and millwork in all patient rooms in the Western Counties Wing, level 3 unit at Parkwood Institute. This will require, but is not excluded to the following: the removal of existing sink and millwork, the supply and install of new faucets, patching and painting of affected and designated walls, and infection control. Please refer to the appendices for further scope details. The winning proponent must act as constructor and is responsible for carrying all appropriate subtrades.
