1. The NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION (NPC), through its approved Corporate Budget of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of (Please see schedule below) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
2. The NPC now invites bids for Items listed above. Delivery of the Goods is required (see table below) specified in the Technical Specifications. Bidders should have completed, within (see table below) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularrly, in Section II. (Instruction to Bidders).
