The General Services Administration (GSA) requires personal identity verification (PIV) card personalization services, blank cards, test cards, and related engineering and support services. We anticipate publishing a solicitation for a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) in July 2023.
GSA is not obligated to purchase the following forecasted quantities. Estimated card quantities are shown in the table below:

GSA anticipates issuing a competitive solicitation under Special Item Number 541519PIV that will result in a single-award BPA. This Special Item Number is located under GSA-s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Information Technology - IT Solutions. The term of the BPA is anticipated to be for one (1) base year and three (3) option years, in accordance with FAR 8.405-3(d) (2).
