Quotation are invited for Hospitality Station Management.

This RFP aims to engage a catering provider that can coordinate with various local cafes, restaurants, and shops to deliver themed catering services either monthly or bi-monthly as per our selection. Event-Specific Thematic Catering: • Coordination with multiple food and beverage providers to offer a diverse range of catering options such as, but not limited to, coffee, ice cream, and fruits etc. • Each catering service should be uniquely themed to align specifically with the type of internal event it serves. This includes: o Internal Awareness Sessions: Providing catering that enhances the learning and engagement atmosphere of workshops aimed at employee development. o Official Internal Occasions: Such as Women-s Day, World Environment Day, or other significant dates that are celebrated within the organization. o General Internal Events: Including but not limited to team-building events, annual meetings, and other gatherings that may require special themes to boost morale and cohesion among employees. Service Frequency: • The catering services are to be provided as required by the internal event schedule, which may be monthly, bi-monthly, or specifically tailored to events. Location: • Services to be rendered within Abu Dhabi, accommodating up to 150 (20, or 30, or 50, 100) employees per event Vendor Responsibilities: • Vendors are expected to handle all aspects of food delivery, setup, and cleanup for each themed event. • Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations for food and beverage services. • Provide detailed proposals for themed menus in advance for selection and approval, ensuring each theme is distinct and aligns with the event's objectives.
