The successful tenderer must be able to deliver the following for events of up to 70 attendees: Breakfast • Selection of breakfast pastries - scones, croissants, muffins, Danish with butter and jams • Individual bottles of orange juice Lunch • Sandwich platters • Standard breads and baguette style mixed filling sandwiches • Luxury and standard bread style mixed filled sandwiches • Finger bakes • Individual mini cakes • Crisps • Flasks of tea or boiling water and a selection of teabags • Flasks of coffee On Occasion: • Cold meat platters • Vegetarian platters • ...
