Aus4Skills Phase 3 (2026-2035) is a ten-year up to AUD90 million human resource development (HRD) program that will support Vietnam-s ambitions of becoming an upper middle-income country by 2030 and a high-income country by 2045. Aus4Skills Phase 3 will build on and consolidate Australia-s longstanding support for education and skills development in Vietnam. The current phase of the program (Aus4Skills Phase 2) is due to conclude by 31 December 2025, and was recently reviewed.
