The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite submissions from qualified proponents for the replacement of Good Samaritan-s current Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The new system should be cloud-based, scalable, and capable of meeting Good Samaritan-s regulatory requirements, including compliance with HIPAA - Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (American), PIPEDA - Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada Given the evolving needs of our workforce, particularly in the context of increased remote work following the COVID-19 pandemic, the replacement HRIS should support a range of functionalities. These include mobile accessibility, integration with existing tools such as Microsoft 365, and features that enhance user experience for both HR personnel and employees.
