Request for proposals are invited for Human Resources Management in Honduras

FHI 360 implements the USAID-funded Regional REACH Project (Realizing, Equitable Access, Retention, and Completion in Higher Education), which plays a crucial role in improving access to market-relevant higher education (HE) and training in Guatemala, Honduras, and Paraguay and potentially other countries in the region, by strengthening the capacity of HEIs to provide and manage scholarships and comprehensive services to vulnerable youth. This five-year activity will tailor the strengthening of HEI capacity and student services to address the breadth of youth needs, increasing their access, retention, and completion of higher education. To increase employability, the USAID/REACH project will support multiple education-to-employment transition pathways for vulnerable youth, including academic programs, technical degrees, and short-term certifications. The USAID/REACH project began in October 2022 and will end in September 2027
