Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection: Collect and compile data on human rights violations documented by Helem-s advocacy team.
Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of collected data, categorizing human rights violations into sectors and areas. Utilize statistical methods to identify patterns and trends.
Report Drafting: Prepare a comprehensive analysis document highlighting the findings of human rights violations. The report should include specific sections on sectors and areas of violations.
LGBTQIA+ Community Overview: Provide a detailed overview of the state of the LGBTQIA+ community in Lebanon in 2023, including challenges faced, improvements observed, and areas that require attention.
Other Data Analysis Tasks: Perform additional data analysis tasks as required by Helem, contributing to the organization's broader mission and initiatives, such as:
Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Participate in the development of data analytics strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master-s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Human Rights, Social Sciences).
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the context of human rights or social justice.
Familiarity with LGBTQIA+ issues and a commitment to promoting human rights and equality.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
