Description

This special notice is in accordance with FAR 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Action. The Secretary of the Air Force Concepts, Development and Management office (SAF/CDM) has a requirement for HUME Licenses for Testing and Production to work in conjunction with Neo4j. The purpose of this notice is to announce SAF/CDM-s intent to award on a sole source basis to Redhorse Corporation using the procedures in FAR Part 13.

It is anticipated that award will be made on or before 12 August 2024 with a 12-month period of performance (PoP). This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination not to compete this action is solely at the discretion of the Government.
