Description

This procurement is a one-time purchase order set-aside for small business under NAICS

423730. This will be a firm fixed price order.



This requirement is for a 20 Ton HVAC Cooling Unit & 12.5 T Cooling Unit. Delivery will be to Naval Air Station

North Island, Coronado, CA 92135. Complete and accurate addresses will be provided on the

purchase order subsequent to award. This order is to be FOB destination.



Award is subject to the terms and condition of this combined synopsis/solicitation.



20 T Rooftop Unit:

Request for purchase of TRANE packaged unit, Dx cooling, gas heat

Trane brand package unit

20 nominal tons cooling

208V 3PH / 60hz

Same footprint and duct plan as YHD240F3RLA0040

Field convertible from vertical to horizontal airflow configuration

Single point electrical and controls connections

Full perimeter base rail with built-in rigging adapters and fork truck slots

Two-inch disposable return air filters

Copper tube, aluminum fin condenser

Tropicoat or similar extreme coating on all coils and all exposed components



12.5 T Rooftop Unit:
