The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), operationally knows as the Department of Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is responsible for Canada's Buildings and their Maintenance, including the maintenance of the HVAC systems for the Embassy of Canada, the Official Residence and Embassy Staff Quarters, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The objective is to perform maintenance services which includes preventive and corrective work of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system for the: Embassy Building, Official Residence Building, and Staff Quarters.
