The purpose of this project is the 2024 maintenance lease for the 2nd category rivers in the Luxembourg province: Bassins Lesse and Moselle. In addition, this project includes the maintenance of third category water courses distributed in the municipalities of Nassogne and Attert. He refers to the CCT Qualiroute. These are maintenance work and small repairs as described in the Water Code-Title V. The work is distributed in the territory of the communes of Wellin, Tellin, Marche-en-Famenne, Nassogne, Tenneville, Saint-Hubert, Daverdisse, Libin, Libramont-Chevigny, Paliseul, Bertrix, Neufchâteau, Vaux-sur-Sûre, Bastogne, Fauvillers, Léglise, Martelange, Attert and Arlon. Description of the existing situation and of the faults noted: problems following the presence of various factors limiting: - temporary size of the streams insufficient, - obstacles to the flow and to the free movement of fish: landings and jackets, ... - ripisylve : threatening trees (water lessons, electric line ...), - erosion of banks, - destabilized art structures.
