The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, thru the FY 2024 - DOST FUND, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 175, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "HYDROPONICS SYSTEM INSTALLATION". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
