⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A An assembly should be stably and safely operated more than 10 years in at most 70m depth of ultra-pure water or gadolinium sulfate dissolved pure water.
B An assembly should be connected to an underwater connector on an electronics containing waterproof vessel, which will be submerged in the water, then the other end will be connected to backend electronics out of water by 60m to 140m long cable. The assembly should be waterproof in the water.
C An assembly should consist one composite cable.
D A composite cable should consist two 2.0mm compatible copper cables and twelve fiber optics cables, then it will be connected in the underwater onnector by 2mmφpower supply pins and a 12-core MTP ferule.
E An assembly should not degrade transparency and low-radioactivity of the ultra-pure water or the gadolinium sulfate dissolved pure water.
