SECOND BIDDING
1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 02, through the HVCDP FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 2, 036, 250.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of 90 units - Brand New Walking Type Agricultural Tractor - Rotary Tilling Type /IB No. 2025-03-39. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 02 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
