1. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the 2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 22, 320, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 24-158. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery and Installation (License Activation) Period: within Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed/Contract as stated in Section VI - Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the past three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
