1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the 2025 Quick Response Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-Nine Million Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP229, 460, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Family Tent for CY 2025 through Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DSWD now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI. Schedule of Requirement after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (PE). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
