**November 14, 2024 Update - Response due date for ROM submission has been extended to Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 10:00AM, Eastern Time.

**November 13, 2024 Update - Revised attachment of DRAFT high level requirements, system information, performance standards, and a request for Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) has been added to this notice. ICE understands there are many important factors to be considered when developing pricing. Please provide a ROM to the best of your ability with the information available at this time. Please feel free to include multiple pricing scenarios and assumptions in the ROM, or explain what information might impact the estimates. ICE is NOT requesting an official quote or proposal at this time, and any pricing information provided is not binding. Responses received in response to this request are intended only to assist ICE for budgeting and funding purposes.

**November 12, 2024 Update - An attachment contining DRAFT high level requirements, system information, performance standards, and a request for Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) has been added to this notice. ICE is currently seeking vendors to submit a ROM for consideration in developing a budget and funding plan. Please note this ROM is NOT an official quote, and is NOT binding however it will greatly aid in our market research efforts. All responses should be submitted to tecsmod.procurements@ice.dhs.gov no later than November 18, 2024 at 10:00AM, Eastern Time.

**August 1, 2024 Update - An attachment containing the full list of RFI questions has been added to this notice for reference and convenience. However, all responses must be submitted directly in the Microsoft Forms Questionnaire link provided.
