The Government of Mozambique has received financing from the African Development Bank (hereinafter called the Bank) to cover the costs for the the implementation of the of the Special AgroProcessing Zone (SAPZ) of the - Pemba Lichinga Integrated Development Corridor, Phase 1. The implementing Agency of the SAPZ project (APIEx, IP) intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Upgrading the Feed Mills of Chimbunila and Gurué - Fencing, Water Supply and Power. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank-s Disbursement Guidelines and Procedures for Investment Project Financing.
