Summary:The purpose of the Invitation for Bids (IFB) it to solicit bids to establish a contract through competitive seal bids for the addition and termination of power cables from the on-site substation to two existing STS crane service pits on the dock. In addition two (2) new cable anchors will need to be installed within the existing crane service pits. A “MANDATORY” prebid conference will be held on July 2, Year 2024 at 10:00 A.M. local time, at Virginia International Gateway, 1000 Virginia International Gateway Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703.
