Tender Details

Description : Contractor shall provide Critical Incident Stress Management and Post-Trauma Crisis Support Services to DSH employees and eligible family members who request support following an event/incident. The services, which are not considered psychological counseling, are to be accessible seven days a week and during all 24 hours, as necessary. The services can be provided in person, virtually (Webex/Teams/Zoom, etc.), or verbally over the phone as determined by the employee/family member preference. The Contractor will provide services to all six DSH sites in California (the five hospitals and department headquarters) and coordinate and report aggregate data and identified trends or issues of concern following delivery of services to hospital and HQ management. All communications between employee/family member and contractor are confidential and protected to respect privacy and to ensure confidence among individuals seeking out the services.
