For an accessible version of solicitation documents published on this page, please submit a request at http://bit.ly/dpac-ada or call (916) 654-2852.Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, permits, incidentals, disposal, and travel necessary to paint two (2) fuel tanks, including bollards and stairs to Caltrans.At time of quote submittal, and for the duration of the Agreement, bidder and any subcontractor(s)shall be a certified SB, including a micro business (MB), SB for the purpose of public works(SB-PW), or a disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE).Bidder must have at time of quote submittal and for the duration of the contract, either a valid, current Class A General Engineer Contractor license or a Class B General Building Contractorlicense or a C33 Painting and Decorating license issued by the CSLB, for the type of work to beperformed.Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid andcurrent registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder¿sDIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy.
