BC Assessment uses photos to assist in appraising residential properties and in some cases for customers to view on its public website. The photos allow the improvement (i.e house) on property to be evaluated for categorization, quality, and condition. Beyond residential images, BC Assessment is also interested in obtaining photos for commercial, industrial properties and low and hi-rise condominiums. BC Assessment is requesting information from interested parties that utilize ground, aerial or satellite based technologies on their ability to obtain photos of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
