Tenders are invited for Impact Study - Impact Project - Guinea and Ivory Coast

Avocats Sans Frontières France (ASF France), an association under the 1901 law, contributes to ensuring respect for fundamental rights, by promoting access to the law and fair justice for the most vulnerable, by defending anyone deprived of a free and independent defense, and by strengthening the capacity to act and the autonomy of local actors.

ASF France is looking for a consultant or a team of consultants for an impact study of its IMPACT project (Involvement of Digital Media for Active Prevention of Conflicts and Tensions) implemented in the Republic of Guinea and in Ivory Coast.

Funded by the European Union and the French Development Agency, in support of the Guinean and Ivorian governments, and implemented by a consortium made up of 5 associations, the IMPACT project, which began in March 2022, aims to strengthen the role positive impact of civil society, particularly digital media, in conflict prevention. IMPACT thus supports civil society in order to maximize the potential of the media (traditional, community, social) on conflict dynamics so that they contribute to building and consolidating lasting peace in Côte d'Ivoire and Guinea. In this sense, the project considers that civil society must be able to play a central role in conflict prevention and must benefit from capacity building to this end.
