The Department of Tourism Region VI, under the Tourism Industry Skills Program will
implement the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence training in DOT-accredited Tourism
Establishments in Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan:
The Filipino Brand of Service Excellence is one of the flagship training programs of DOT,
envisioned to provide all front liners in the tourism and hospitality industry with a
benchmark on how to render excellent service to our tourists the Filipino way, and make
it our “brand”.
IV. PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES:
To equip the participants with the knowledge and ability to assist, facilitate, entertain and
guide the tourist and visitors who will visit their municipality;
