The overall objective of this mission is to support ADCs in having a long-term Geographic Data Management Infrastructure (GDI), with all the functionalities of a GIS, in order to make information available and accessible. reliable linked to airport studies and operations.
This platform will aim to become one of the main decision-making tools for ADCs and will make it possible to better visualize the level of execution of the projects initiated as well as the behavior of their key indicators.
Specifically, the implementation of the GIS will involve four phases:
Phase I: Study of the existing situation, identification of needs and design of the database (Spatial and Attributes);
Phase II: Development and implementation of the GIS;
Phase III: Acquisition, preparation and integration of data;
Phase IV: Training and Technical Assistance.

Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a leading banking institution or an insurance company, approved by the Ministry of Finance, in the amount of one million six hundred thousand ( 1 600, 000) CFA Francs and valid for ninety (90) days from the date of submission of offers. The list of authorized structures is attached as Exhibit No. 10.
