Tenders are invited for Implementation of Mechanisms for Increasing Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings and Promotion of Green Energy

The Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund of Armenia, acting as the Project Implementation Unit (PIU), invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the execution of works: Lot 1. EFSD -W/5/2023, A.I. Alikhanyan (Yerevan Institute of Physics) Foundation, Lot 2. EFSD -W/6 /2023 National Scientific Laboratory named after A.I. Alikhanyan (Yerevan Institute of Physics) "Nor Amberd" scientific station. Bidders may bid for one lot or a combination of two lots. Bids will be evaluated separately for each lot, so when submitting bids for more than one lot, separate bids for each lot must be prepared and submitted. Likewise, a discount (if any) must be offered for each lot. Any combined discount for two lots will not count towards the bid evaluation. One contract will be signed for each lot.

Tender documents in Armenian can be obtained by sending a request letter to the following email address zaruhi.gharagyozyan@r2e2.am . A printed copy of the tender documents can be obtained after paying 50, 000 drams to the special account of the R2E2 Fund, indicated below, and providing an invoice (hard copy, to be sent to the R2E2 Fund, or a scanned version of the original via E-mail) at the Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund of Armenia st. Sayat-Nova, 29/1, Yerevan, Armenia. An electronic version of the tender documentation can be obtained free of charge by e-mail. Interested bidders can obtain additional information at the same address.

· The average annual financial volume of completed construction works for the last three years for the respective lots:

a/ Lot 1: AMD 450 million

b/ Lot 2: 120 million drams

· Experience as a general contractor on at least two civil works contracts (including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), energy efficiency measures (EEM), photovoltaics (PV)) of a similar nature, size and complexity in the last 5 years / for each lot / (work must be at least 70 percent complete to meet this requirement):

a/ Lot 1: AMD 122.5 million for each contract

b/ Lot 2: AMD 28 million for each contract

Bids must be delivered to the Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund of Armenia, 29/1 Sayat-Nova, Yerevan 0019, Armenia, no later than 15:00, March 1, 2023 . Electronic bidding is not allowed.
