Expression of Interest are invited for Implementation of PACETEM Activities in Kayes / Nioro EA and Fana CAP.

Objectives of the service:

2.1. General objective : Pursue program implementation activities in the intervention areas

2.2. Specific objectives :

Provide information and awareness to communities on program activities with the support of community relays
Ensure, in collaboration with the relays, the identification and enrollment of children in schools of the various educational alternatives to be implemented
Ensure the recruitment and management of volunteer teachers
Ensure data feedback on a regular basis
Follow community relays in the mobilization of children in difficult circumstances
Supervise schools with different educational alternatives
Collaborate with the trainers
Apply the recommendations, orientations and proposals of the World Education team
Support the organization of capacity building activities for local actors
Ensure the moral commitment of the community for the accomplishment of their duty, respect for their roles and responsibilities in the implementation of the program
Participate in meetings organized by the WEI project team at regional office level
Ensure the reporting of all activities;
Ensure the management of the funds made available as well as the collection of parts (salaries-allowances of volunteer teachers supplies-equipment teaching materials).
Monitor the school attendance of the different cohorts of the different alternatives


III. Expected results of the service:

Under the terms of this provision of services, the following results are expected:

Information and sensitization of communities on program activities with the support of community relays are provided in real time.
Collaboration with relays, Identification and enrollment of children in schools of different educational alternatives are correctly implemented
Recruitment and management of volunteer teachers is carried out as needed
Data is fed back to the regional team of World Education Inc. on a regular basis.
Monitoring and support for community relays in the mobilization of children in difficult circumstances are provided
Supervision of schools with different educational alternatives for project implementation activities
The implementation of the recommendations, orientations and proposals of the World Education team
Ensure collaboration with the trainers in a spirit of complementarity
Ensure the organization of capacity building activities for local actors
Participation in meetings organized by the WEI project team at regional office level
Ensure the management of the funds made available as well as the collection of documents (salaries-allowances of volunteer teachers supplies-equipment teaching materials) according to procedures set by the program
Ensure the timely submission of activity and financial reports
