Rehabilitation of a portion of the Lupine Meadows Road (aggregate surfacing) leading to the boat launch area.2. New asphalt parking lot.3. Revegetation of previously disturbed areas.4. New ABA parking.5. Boat prep lane near the boat launch.6. Trail system improvements.7. ABA lake access improvements.Project Location: Grand Teton National Park, a. Grand Teton National Park, Jenny Lake Boat Launch, Lupine Meadows Road, Moose, WY 83012.SITE VISIT: Refer to 52.236-27 SITE VISIT - RSVP to the molly_lynam@nps.gov 24 hours in advance.SET-ASIDE TYPE: This procurement is being solicited as a total Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. NAICS CODE: 237310 - small business size standard of $45M.MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $1, 000, 000 and $5, 000, 000.DURATION: The contract performance period is start within 10 days of the NTP and complete within 150 days.SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): The successful offeror must be registered in SAM and have current online Representations and Certifications.
