INVITATION TO BID FOR

IMPROVEMENT OF CATBALOGAN I SPED CENTER PHASE 2, CATBALOGAN CITY

1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2024 GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 5, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF CATBALOGAN I SPED CENTER PHASE 2, CATBALOGAN CITY - ID No. FEB29-2024-029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One hundred (100) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
