IMPROVEMENT OF FACILITIES OF FOREST PARK AT BARANGAY LUCIANO, TMC
1. The City Government of Trece Martires, through the GOP 2021 intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE PESOS & 86/100 (Php 9, 999, 999.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF FACILITIES OF FOREST PARK AT BARANGAY LUCIANO, TMC with an ITB # ITB INFRA 2022-005 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Trece Martires now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One hundred forty ( 140 )CD days after receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
