Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

IMPROVEMENT OF LUNA PUBLIC MARKET, LUNA, LA UNION

1. The Municipal Government of Luna, La Union through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS (₱2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “IMPROVEMENT OF LUNA PUBLIC MARKET, LUNA, LA UNION/LUNA LU 2024-02-008”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Luna, La Union now invites bids for “IMPROVEMENT OF LUNA PUBLIC MARKET, LUNA, LA UNION”. Completion of the work is required at ____ CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
