Tenders are invited for Improvement of Meekandamulla Road ( Welawaththa Walaskaduwela Road), Nisansalagama Access Road (Prajasalawa Road)

Relevant bidding documents may be inspected free of charge and can be purchased from Chief Enginner-s office, Road Development Authority, Meddewatta, Matara.
Relevant bidding documents shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Chief Enginner, Road Development Authority, Meddawatta, Matara from 04.07.2024 until 17.07.2024 during 09:00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2, 000.00 (exclusive of all Taxes ) for each Contracts.
Sealed bids may be dispatched either by registered post or hand delivered to the following on or before 2.00p.m. 18.07.2024. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the closing. Suppliers or their authorized representatives are requested to be present at the opening of bids.
Bid shall be valid up to 90 calendar days from the date closing of the bid & bid shall be accompanied by a bid security, (valid 28 calendar days beyond the bid validity period) for the amount mentioned in bid document. Any bid not accompanied by a valid bid security will be rejected
