Improvement of NIA-MARIIS DIVISION I Frontage Phase II (Construction of Covered Walk, Parking Shed with Landscaping, and Acquisition of Solar Street Light)
1. The NIA-MARIIS Division 1, through the Capital Outlay Fund for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos and 00/100 only (P8, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of NIA-MARIIS Division I Frontage Phase II (Construction of Covered Walk, Parking Shed with Landscaping, and Acquisition of Solar Street Light) under Contract No. 2024-D1-COB-POW#1. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA-MARIIS Division 1 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
