INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF KAMADA STREET, (DAGAT-DAGATAN ExTENSION-TORSILLO STREET), BARANGAY 28, DISTRICT II, CALOOCAN CITY
1. The CITY OF CALOOCAN, through the General Fund of the 2016 Annual City Budget approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No.0592 s. 2015 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Seven Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Pesos (P13, 792, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Kamada Street, (Dagat-Dagatan Extension-Torsillo Street), Barangay 28, District II, Caloocan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the opening of bids.
2. The CITY OF CALOOCAN now invites bids for the improvement of Kamada Street, (Dagat-Dagatan Extension-Torsillo Street), Barangay 28, District II, Caloocan City. Completion of Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project with ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -A"pass/fail-A
