FOR
IMPROVEMENT OF OTHER SPORTS FACILITIES AT ORIENTAL MINDORO SPORTS COMPLEx, SANTIAGO, NAUJAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the 20% Development Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and 27/100 (Php 7, 217, 999.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Improvement of Other Sports Facilities at Oriental Mindoro Sports Complex, Santiago, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2024-093)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 132 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
