The Local Government Unit of Loon, Bohol through its appropriation from the development fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (₱ 1, 840, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract [ABC], to payment under the contract for the Improvement/Construction of Solid Waste Management Facility Phase 2 following by way of Competitive Bidding of Republic Act No, 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” [IRR/RA No. 9184].
