Tenders are invited for Improving the Competitiveness of The Mango, Pineapple, Rubber, Palm Oil and Plastic” Through a Cluster Approach.

The objective is to provide technical assistance for the implementation of five Cluster Initiatives (CI) and to “coach” the local teams of Competitiveness Specialists (CS) to manage this process.

The CI methodology aims to improve the competitiveness of selected clusters by coupling strategic analysis with change management tools. Each CI will have three different delivery streams: (i) an analytical work stream, (ii) a stakeholder work stream, and (iii) a capacity building work stream.

The implementation is planned over a period of 12 months starting around May 2022.

Tasks: coach and assist teams of local competitiveness specialists in the realization of Cluster Initiatives (CI).
