A brief description of the procurement: The object of this public procurement is the design and reconstruction of the former barracks of the former barracks in Ukraine, the Žytomyria Oblast, Ovruchna, Ovruchna, Ovruchna, Ovruchna, Ovruchna, Ovruchna, Ovruchna, Ovruchna The work is concluded with the contractor's general contract for the reconstruction of the building, including the establishment of communications and outdoor areas. This is a cooperation project in Ukraine and Estonia. The proposal of the project's clarification and correction must be submitted to the contracting authority within 30 calendar days of the conclusion of the contract. The main use of the building must be reached within 245 calendar days of the conclusion of the contract. The work as a whole must be completed, including the elimination of the poor work in the act of the main readiness to use and the final readiness to use the building, reached within 275 calendar days of the conclusion of the contract. The estimated cost of a public procurement includes a reserve of 15% of the estimated contract of VAT.
