The Chaba Winds of Change Community Trust is pleased to invite qualified organisations and individuals to submit proposals for the implementation of a Incubation Program that can assist to practically capacitate Community Based Organisations in the implementation of their programs. Capacitation of the organisations should include the following:

Financial Management
Fundraising
Programme design and management
Report Writing.
The program aims to support and nurture community-based organisations (CBOs) in their early stages, enhancing their capacity and sustainability to create a positive impact within their respective communities. This RFP outlines the requirements and expectations for interested parties to provide their proposed program design and implementation plan.
