The purpose of this call for tenders is to verify the annual accounts including the balance sheet, the results account, the financing table, the annex, the investment account as well as the consolidation. The mandate is assigned for a period of five Years and includes the audit of the city's annual accounts for 2024 and 2025-2028.The City of Berne changed system at the beginning of 2024, from SAP (annual accounts 2023) to SAP HANA (Annual accounts 2024 ). During the control of the 2024 annual accounts, the figures for the previous year must therefore be verified in depth. This work should be held in the second half of 2024 if possible, the time being counted for the February 2025 control period.
